Hello from Cary, North Carolina

Hi, I'm Aharshi Bhattacharjee.

I build with software, AI, and models.

Have a look around. If any of it overlaps with what you're working on, I'd love to hear from you.

People I get to work with
NC State Quesify MotionBloom IEEE AGU NeuroLight Town of Morrisville
Since 2022
Building
MotionBloom, VOCO OS, and the lab they come out of.
Since 2023
Research
Spectroscopy, protein–DNA binding, sleep technology, a clinic's data system, municipal computer vision.
2026
Writing
Four papers, at IEEE HealthCom, AIxMHC, MIT URTC, and AGU.
Building

Things I've built

Things I've shipped.

Since 2024
Founder
The research and product lab where all this work comes out of. Also home to WorkLink and emerging projects.
Founder and AI engineer · Since 2022
Tremor and motion analysis that runs on smartwatches people already own. Bloomy, the built-in assistant, reads your exercise history to answer questions about it.
Wear OS watchOS Garmin HarmonyOS Polar Zepp Microsoft Store
Since 2025
VOCO OS
Open source, with NeuroLight
Vital Observation & Control Orchestrator. One biosignal acquisition layer across ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino.

Where the slower work happens

The other half of my time, spread across a few labs and teams. These problems move at their own pace, and I like them for it.

Since 2025
Lindsey Lab, NC State
Computational spectroscopy: decades of published absorption and emission spectra, turned back into something you can actually compute with.
Since 2025
NC State
Modeling how proteins find and hold their binding sites on DNA in yeast.
Since 2025
NeuroLight
R&D engineer
Prototyping sleep technology driven by light and sound, alongside Dr. Anupam Kumar.
VOCO OS ↗ – one biosignal acquisition layer across ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino.
Since 2023
H3 Clinic
Data systems engineer and medical assistant
Built and maintain the clinic's patient data system. I also support clinical work as a medical assistant, which is the closest I get to the people the rest of this is for.
Since 2026
Town of Morrisville
Software engineer
Computer vision for small-scale safety monitoring, at municipal scale and municipal budget.
Writing

Things I've written

Four papers came out this year. If any of them sound useful to you, just ask and I'll send it over.

2026 · HealthCom
TremorTwin
Real tremor video is scarce and slow to clear, so the estimator learned on a rigged-hand digital twin instead, then got measured under an evaluation built specifically to catch leakage.
2026 · AIxMHC
Accessible Tremor-Aware Motor Feedback
AIS Workshop
Motor feedback for older adults using nothing more than a consumer webcam.
2026 · MIT URTC
Parkinson's Screening from Motor Movement
Draw a circle, score the circle. An FDA-cleared vision pipeline gets past 90% accuracy from that alone.
2026 · AGU
Spatial Heterogeneity Collapse in Crop Yield Stress
A field loses its texture before it loses its yield. Tracking that collapse in satellite imagery flags stress up to five months ahead of conventional methods, at AUROC up to 0.955 under spatially robust cross-validation.
About

A bit about me

I build with software, AI, and models. Right now at Quesify Labs in Cary, North Carolina.

I studied at Wake Tech and NC State. Outside the work, I coach chess for kids.

If you've read this far, thank you. I'm always glad to talk to people working on adjacent things.
